In a collaborative initiative aimed at promoting education among the children of farmers in Pakistan, Fauji Fertilizer Company Limited (FFC), a leading fertilizer manufacturer, has partnered with the Sona Welfare Foundation (SWF), a registered Non-Profit Organization (NPO). Together, they introduce the SONA Ward of Farmers Scholarship Scheme, offering financial assistance to students pursuing various academic disciplines.

Scholarship Program Overview

The SONA Ward of Farmers Scholarship Scheme reflects FFC's commitment to social responsibility and expanding educational opportunities in Pakistan. Scholarships are available in diverse fields to empower young minds and ease the financial burden of higher education.

Eligible Fields of Study

This scholarship scheme covers the following areas:

Higher Education (Bachelor's Program)

1. Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Telecom, Chemical, Electronics & Electrical)

2. Computer Sciences

3. Management Sciences

4. Agriculture/Agronomy

5. Post Matric (FSC/ICS)

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the SONA Ward of Farmers Scholarship Scheme, students must meet these criteria:

• Scored 85% and above in recent competitive exams (75% & above for Baluchistan, G.B. domicile holders & Ex-Fata).
• Enrollment in government-approved or registered Colleges and universities.
• Family land holdings not exceeding 12.5 acres, with farming as the primary occupation.

Application Process

To apply for the SONA Ward of Farmers Scholarship Scheme:

• Complete the online application form following the provided instructions.
• Ensure all required documents are scanned and attested before attaching them online.
