Age Limit:                  Max 55 years

Qualifications & Experience

Master's degree or BS Hons. in Commerce, Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Business Administration (Finance), ACCA, or CA (Inter).

2. Database Administrator (BPS-17)

Positions:                      01

Age Limit:                    Max 55 years

Qualifications & Experience:Master's Degree or a four-year Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology. A minimum of three years of experience in databases or troubleshooting is required.

3. System Network Administrator (BPS-17)

Positions:                  02

Age Limit:                 Max 55 years

Qualifications & Experience:Master's Degree or a four-year Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology. A minimum of three years of experience in networks or system administration is required.

4. Software Engineer (BPS-17)

Positions:                    03

Age Limit:                  Max 55 years

Qualifications & Experience: Candidates should have a Master's Degree or a four-year Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology. A minimum of three years of experience in networks or system administration is required.

5. Web Master / Assistant Software Engineer (BPS-16)

Age Limit:                  Max 55 years

Qualifications & Experience: Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology. A minimum of one year of experience in software or network administration is required.

6. Registration Officer (BPS-16)

Positions:                    13

Age Limit:                   Max 55 years

Qualifications & Experience: Candidates must have an MCS/MBA or equivalent with computer skills. Two years of experience in an academic institution is preferred.

7. Data Entry Operator (BPS-11)

Positions:                  16

Age Limit:                  Max 55 years

Qualifications & Experience: Should be graduates with computer knowledge and a typing speed of 40 w.p.m. Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and related software is necessary.

APPLICATION GUIDELINES

1) If you're interested, grab the application form from the UHS website (Job Application Form).

2) Pay the fee (check the amount below) at National Bank, Sheikh Zayed Hospital Branch Lahore, (A/c # 3164498127)  or deposit it in the University's online account (PK53NBPA1707003164498127) under Account Title: "CE UHS".. Write the transaction number on your form.

a. BPS 11 to 16 = Rs. 500/-

b. BPS 17 & Above = Rs. 2000/-

3) Carefully fill in the form with your details - personal, education, and work history.

4) Mail your completed form, along with copies of your certificates, CNIC, photos, and the original fee proof, to the Human Resource Department at UHS (Room # 42, University of Health Sciences, Khayaban-e-Jamia Punjab, Lahore) by October 17, 2023. 

5) If you make it, they'll let you know when the interview is.

IMPORTANT 

1) They like experience for Administrative Positions in a good Medical University.

2) Equivalent qualification" means the same level of the same subject.

3) Jobs are on a contract.

4) Written tests are happening for some jobs (BPS-11 to BPS-17).

5) If you pass the test, or if they shortlist you, get ready for an interview.

6) No extra money for travel or anything.

7) If selected you may be posted at any UHS campus (City & Jinnah Campus KSK).

8) Don't send in an incomplete application or be late (after October 17).

9) Don't be older than 55 when you apply.

10) Only apply if you're from Punjab.

11) They might change the number of jobs without notice.

12) Applicants working in Public Sector Organization / Department must apply through proper channel.
